1) Specify if Heating or, Cooling Jacket and medium
used.
2) Verify if ASME code stamp and registration with
National Board is
required in your area.
3) Optional bottom head Jacket design is available.
4) Insulation of Jacket is available.
5) Specify Top head or cover type if required.
6) Verify plant working pressure and temperature required for oper-
ating your Jacket.
7) Internal pressure or vacuum service is available on any WATCO
Vessel, please consult with us.
8) Specify all fittings, flanges, manway, etc.
1) T-304 or T316 Stainless Steel, wetted parts.
2) Open top: Tank rim is reinforced with flange.
3) Cone, Dished or Sloped bottom (45O to 60O cones available).
4) Aluminized carbon steel pipe legs with adjustable bullet feet for
leveling-15" drain clearance.
5) Jacket design pressure is rated to up to 150 PSI @ 300O F. (Test
Pressure = 225 PSI).
6) Standard Jacket connections are NPT half couplings.
7) 2 B Mill finish with inside welds ground smooth and flush. Outside
welds wire brushed.
8) Select the jacket most suitable for your application.

Note: #4 150 grit polished finish is also available. Vessels can also
be electropolished for pharmaceutical applications.
