Custom fabricated type 304 stainless steel powder bins. 47 cu. ft. capacity. Sanitary construction throughout. 8" butterfly valve center discharge. All internal and external welds ground smooth and polished. Sanitary casters and channels to accept a fork lift truck.

Type 316 stainless steel construction. Conventional jacket designed with internal baffels to control heat transfer medium: steam at 85 P.S.I., #4 sanitary finish. Not shown: Sweep type agitator with teflon scrapper blades. Two H.P. motor with variable speed controller, for each tank.

Cone Shaped Mixing Tanks

Specially design type 304 stainless steel cone shaped tank for batch mixing a very heavy cream. Agitator blades follow shape of the tank.

Viscous Product Mixing Tank

Type 304 stainless steel, 500 gallon capacity. Dimple jacket for steam at 90 P.S.I. covered with an insulation jacket, 5 H.P. motor driving an anchor type agitator with scrapper blades. #4 internal finish, 2B external finish.
